EZE-DO Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

  • Ezedo offers professional cleaning and maintenance services, including but not limited to:
    • AC cleaning and servicing
    • Duct cleaning
    • Home deep cleaning
    • Sofa, carpet, and mattress cleaning
  • The service scope will follow the package chosen by the customer. Any extra tasks will be quoted separately or based on add-on options.
  • The actual cost of technical services will vary based on the inspection report.
  • The actual cost of soft services will depend.

2. Bookings

  • Bookings can be made via our website or WhatsApp chat.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the service may be charged up to AED 100 of the service fee.
  • EZE-DO reserves the right to reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, staff illness).
  • The booking cannot be cancelled or rescheduled upon the arrival of the team.
  • Cancellation can only be done via WhatsApp Live chat or Email at info@eze-do.com.
  • No-shows will be charged the full-service amount.

4. Payments

  • Payments are made via the link provided by the Live chat agent or on the website.
  • 100% payment to be made for all services before the completion of the service.
  • We accept approved online payment methods.
  • Prices are subject to VAT where applicable.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and clear access to the property for our team.
  • Remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items from service areas.
  • Provide access to water, electricity, and other utilities required for the service.

6. Liability

  • While our staff are trained to handle your property with care, EZE-DO will not be liable for:
    • Pre-existing damage to items or property.
    • Accidental damage to items not removed from the service area.
    • Loss or damage arising from failure to follow service preparation guidelines.
    • Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Health & Safety

  • Our staff follow health and safety regulations and may refuse to perform work in unsafe conditions.
  • Customers must inform EZE-DO of any hazardous materials or environments prior to the service.

8. Re-Service & Warranty

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, you must notify Ezedo within 24 hours of completion via email complaints@ezedo.com.
  • We will arrange a re-service where applicable at no additional cost.
  • This warranty does not cover dissatisfaction arising from unrealistic expectations beyond the agreed scope.

9. Amendments

EZE-DO reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our official platforms.
